Irish Moss (Sagina Subulata)
These plants are wonderful additions to rock gardens, spaced between pavers along stepping stones, filling in nooks and crannies, even potted as patio plants. They really give an enchanting look and add lushness and whimsy to a flower garden. They also have the tinniest white lightly scented flowers in the spring. These can handle a little bit of foot traffic.
****PLEASE NOTE: These seeds are VERY tiny. For those used to seeing seed packets full of larger seeds, this may be unexpected. Please make sure you understand this before placing your order. We recommend using strong reading glasses to plant the seeds. You may also plant them in small pots of soil or peat pots to get them started. The older plants may then be transplanted to your garden.
